Amiya Transcension

Whether we like it or not, life can sometimes get challenging and messy. And people, as well as businesses and communities suffer as a result. Managed by psychologist and Integrative Therapist Amberley Meredith, Amiya Transcension is here to help individuals, companies and communities cope positively with life's challenges.

Our services, whether you engage in one to one therapies or attend/commission our workshops, are here to help you take a refreshingly different look at yourself, life and how to achieve your goals and dreams. As we use such a wide variety of psychological and neurological therapies that incorporate the human needs for breath, touch and intimacy, we are able to help people overcome any number of mental, emotional and even physical problems.

After 15 years of working closely with people and studying the world, Amberley has developed a deep understanding of what it means to be human, what can go wrong, and how to regain balance and good health.

Amiya Transcension specialises in helping those who have been told they cannot be helped, or there is no cure. We believe there is an answer for everything, and sometimes it just takes patience and commitment to find it. Using the latest scientific research, we incorporate traditional talking therapies like Psychoanalysis, with dynamic Neuroplasticity programs that ‘rewire’ the brain’s negative thought patterns, which in turn create new behaviours that generate positive feelings.

Many companies offer wellness programs to businesses and communities, however ours are vastly different. They are healing, soulful, cost-effective, and they target the core issues that create issues like; disengagement, mental dis-ease, poor physical health, presenteeism, absenteeism, stress and addictive behaviours. We actually help remove these problems from the agenda.

But, be aware, our programs are for people looking for real and powerful, heart centred changes.
